The Roeder RXU 1001 DSH is a remarkably accurate machining center, and we’re told ours will be largest and best equipped Roeder within a 350-mile radius of our facility in Columbus, IN.

This state-of-the-art technology means that Precise craftsmen can build your highly complex tools even faster and with incredible precision. We will deliver tolerances down to 5 microns and will produce an optic quality finish on your projects directly from the machine -- eliminating the need for either EDM or manual polishing.

Experts say the next 12 months will be very busy for the US tooling industry given a potential border tax on tooling from China and Canada. So, we are now accepting orders for July production on our new Roeder 5-axis machine.
